At Blacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
