During colder temperatures, build out your layering system with a moisture-wicking base layer and a fleece or synthetic mid-layer for insulation depending on your level of activity. In even colder temperatures layer with a down-filled jacket for maximum warmth. During milder temperatures add a moisture-wicking base layer and light fleece or mid-layer for insulation.
